I've been looking thru diets for women with PCOS. None of which match what o have been doing. It says foods that will trigger your anxiety, make you bloat, or just make you feel like crap. I was eating/drinking all if these things. I also wasn't getting the exercise I needed. I had lost 10 pounds and then gained it back, and have started trying and then gave up.
So for micah's job his boss is doing a competition for them. They are doing work out videos and micah chose insanity. (Yikes) I have made meal plans of recipes I got from a PCOS support group website thing. We are staring monday. I am so excited. I've started eating healthy and i don't feel as tired, I have so much more energy. I feel great! Now with consistent exercise I will do so much better. I am excited and serious about this. I Want my small clothes to fit! :) I posted my before pictures. And in august or September will post my after pictures. I'm sure there will be a middle post somewhere in between! Losing baby weight is a lot of work, at least for me.

PCOS can be so frustrating, it definitely is for me. Good luck, I bet you will do awesome!! You're an inspiration to me to change my eating habits!
ReplyDeleteThanks mary! Ya it is really frustrating. Especially the not feeling well quite often. But I noticed what I eat really impacts how I feel. You're an inspiration to get in shape!! I hope I can run 10 miles by next summer!!
